Purchasing Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

Buy products and services for the organization. Evaluate Suppliers, negotiate contracts, review product quality and supervise purchasing agents and buyers. Collates purchase requisition from requesting department, verify request and creates purchase orders, forward purchase orders to receiving department, do canvassing.

You are what we need If;

1. Graduate of 4-year Course (bachelor's degree)

2. With work experience related in Procurement & Supply role is an advantage but not required

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

4. Ability to negotiate and has excellent communication skills

5. Effective multitasking and time management ability

6. Willing to start Asap, preferably residing within the area of CSJDM Bulacan
