Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for a passionate Purchasing Assistant to join our growing team.

The Purchasing Assistant manages procurement to ensure the timely, cost-effective purchase of quality ingredients and supplies while supporting smooth operations and maintaining supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily purchasing, prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Source and manage suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely, quality deliveries.
• Monitor inventory, forecast purchasing needs, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities while preventing waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare purchasing reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply chain, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years' experience of purchasing or procurement, preferably in the restaurant or F&B industry, with a focus on supplier management
• Background in restaurant/bar set up is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in CAINTA, RIZAL
