Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant with experience in the food industry to support our procurement operations, including sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and food products while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
- 5-10 years UAE experience as Purchasing Assistant / Procurement Assistant in Food Trading, FMCG, Catering, Restaurant Supply or Food Manufacturing
- Knowledge of food products, perishable goods handling and cold chain
- Familiarity with UAE food suppliers market
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving License will be an advantage
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
