Purchasing Assistant

Financial Oversight:

• Analyze costs and pricing with an accounting lens.
• Ensure budget alignment for procurement activities.
• Vendor Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

Purchase Order Management:

• Prepare and process accurate purchase orders and related documents.
• Monitor timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in purchasing with accounting focus.
• Experience in Construction Industry
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
