Purchasing Assistant

• Procurement & Sourcing: Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and generate accurate Purchase Orders (POs) for raw ingredients, food additives, and packaging materials.
• Delivery & Inventory Monitoring: Track open orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure raw materials arrive on time and complete. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to avoid stockouts or over-spoilage.
• Invoice Verification: Match supplier delivery receipts, invoices, and purchase orders before forwarding documentation to the finance department for payment processing.
• Reporting: Maintain up-to-date purchasing databases, inventory logs, and supplier performance tracking reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control, preferably within a food manufacturing, commissary, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP), basic inventory systems, and enterprise software (such as SAP or ERP tools).
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tracking sheets, pivot tables).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail to prevent costly specification or pricing errors.

Pay: Php16,500.00 per month
