What they need
Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and track POs based on approved requisitions.
- Request and compare quotations, confirm orders, follow up on delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, flag low-stock items, and maintain organized transaction and filing records.
- Liaise with accounts, warehouse, and production teams to verify invoices and ensure timely goods receipt
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management or any related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of administrative or purchasing experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SQL software.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
