What they need
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that all purchasing documents are complete and coordinate with Finance Team for payment processing
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) Assist in sourcing for suppliers
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers
- Encode sales invoives for payment processing and record keeping
- Coordinate with couriers and transporation logisitics for the shipping of materials to the project sige
- Assist in sourcing transportation arrangement (land, sea, air) of workers to and from the construction site
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Financial Management, Office Administration or any related field
- At least six months to one year exposure in purchasing role
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Resourceful
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically in MS Excel application
