Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our Purchasing Team. In this role, you will support the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in supply chain management.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory management systems and spreadsheets, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities related to order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and inventory control.
- Assist in cross office functions as required.
Requirements
- Have expereience in a purchasing enviroment
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques a plus.
