Key responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for goods efficiently
- Compare prices and obtain the best offers
- Build good relationships with suppliers
- Ensure all purchase documents are complete and organized
- Handle experience in purchasing raw material for cooking
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Culinary, Food Service, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluent in Malay and English
