Purchasing Assistant Manager (Plant 3)

- Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, components, and production-related materials.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, evaluation, and performance improvement.
• Drive cost optimization and purchasing efficiency in line with business targets.
• Collaborate with Production, PPIC, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure material availability and smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in manufacturing, copper, or automotive industries as Assistant Manager Level.
• Experienced in import purchasing and familiar with international sourcing, import documentation, and customs procedures.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
