Purchasing Assistant or Executive

You are driven to:

• Process routine and repeat purchase orders based on approved requirements, specifications, suppliers, and purchasing procedures.
• Obtain and compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and support the evaluation of pricing, quality, lead time, and payment terms.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up on approvals, supplier confirmations, and order status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, shortages, delays, incorrect items, quality issues, and other purchasing matters.
• Handle online purchases, including Shopee and other approved platforms, ensuring proper approvals, supporting documentation, order tracking, and record maintenance.
• Maintain supplier records, quotations, purchase orders, delivery records, and other purchasing documentation, ensuring proper filing and availability for audits and reference purposes.
