Purchasing Assistant/Executive (Buyer)

Job Descriptions: -

1. Identifying potential suppliers, sourcing products and services, and managing relationships with existing vendors.
2. Negotiating prices, terms, and specifications with suppliers to achieve optimal purchasing decisions and cost savings.
3. Overseeing the entire procurement cycle, from assessing needs to generating purchase orders and receiving deliveries.
4. Ensuring that purchased goods and services meet the company's quality standards.
5. Monitoring stock levels to ensure sufficient supply for production or operations and prevent shortages.
6. Preparing reports on purchases, costs, and market trends to support strategic decision-making and managing purchase-related documents.

Job Requirements: -

1. Diploma/Degree in equivalent field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcomed, or at least 2 years of working experience, experience in sheet metal fabrication industry preferred.
3. Candidates that could command of Mandarin would have better advantage as the candidates may need to communicate with China counterpart.
