Purchasing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure materials and supplies in accordance with project requirements and budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to assess material needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with messenger works, including the transportation of documents, samples, and materials between project sites and offices.
• Organize all communications between the engineering department, RRDC Management, and 3rd parties.
• Collect and organize all documents relevant to the department
• Note down all issues raised during coordination meetings

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in procurement, preferably within the construction industry but not necessary.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and familiarity with procurement software.

Note: Working Hours are from 9am-6pm, Mondays to Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php15,000.00 - Php 20,000.00 per month
