About the role
The Purchasing Associate shall be responsible to buy products that are essential for company's day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Source and purchase goods, materials, and supplies through effective canvassing
- Select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of purchase, pricing, and inventory levels
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill procurement needs and address any supply-related issues
- Drive company vehicles to transport goods, materials, and personnel as required
- Gather invoices
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing
About you
- High School level or more
- Preferably with at least 2 years' experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Can drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Advance computer skills
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
