- Prepare and process purchase orders and purchasing documentations
- Monitor delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, and procurement activities
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, product discrepancies, pricing, and supplier concerns
- Assist in supplier accreditation
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and approval procedures
