To buy products that are essential for our company’s and client day-to-day operations, Review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels, include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g., on orders and costs.).

1. Checking all Inquiries and make sure to answer all email of sales

2. Creating Purchase Order (Stocks, Order by client)

3. Track orders and ensure timely delivery

4. Build Good Relationship w/ Vendor’s

5. Update Daily Purchase Order Report

6. Comparing and evaluating offers from supplier

7. Monitor Paid P. O’s if received Already

8. Seek for New Qualified Vendor’s

9. Negotiating Contract Terms of agreement and pricing

10. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
