Purchasing Associate

This opening is for a full-time Purchasing Associate at our Horsham, PA office. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch break.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• B2B Purchasing with established contract pricing
• Process rush orders, change orders and cancellations
• Work with multiple departments to process orders
• Cross trained in returns, freight damage and low inventory levels
• Back up for others in the department during vacations, etc.

The ideal candidate is:

• Responsible, punctual, with excellent attention to detail
• Skilled in multi-tasking and follow through
• Able to independently manage workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Service-oriented and friendly demeanor with colleagues, vendors, and customers

Requirements:

• Proficient in basic computer skills and fundamentals including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• No degree required
