Purchasing Associate

About Us

BAYPLUS GLOBAL INC is a growing wholesale distribution company specializing in disposable foodservice products, paper products, cleaning supplies, and food packaging solutions.

As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Purchasing Specialist to join our team and support our purchasing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, process, and track purchase orders.

* Communicate with domestic and international suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

* Compare supplier quotations and assist with purchasing cost control.

* Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure product availability.

* Track shipments and follow up on delayed or outstanding orders.

* Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and related documentation.

* Assist the Purchasing Manager with supplier evaluations and purchasing reports.

Qualifications

* Previous purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred.

* Experience in wholesale distribution, foodservice supplies, or packaging products is a plus, but not required.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.

* Experience with inventory management or ERP systems is a plus.

* Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
