Purchasing Associate

Key Responsibilities

· Source beverage equipment, spare parts, and service providers.

· Obtain quotations and prepare comparative analysis.

· Process Purchase Orders for equipment, parts, and services.

· Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead time, and deliveries.

· Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements.

· Monitor the inventory and status of beverage equipment.

· Coordinate equipment installation, replacement, and pull-out.

· Maintain equipment records, warranties, and service history.

· Track equipment movement between stores and warehouse.

· Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance (PM).

· Coordinate corrective maintenance and emergency repairs.

· Follow up on service requests to minimize equipment downtime.

· Maintain equipment databases and procurement records.

· Prepare equipment status, maintenance, and procurement reports.
