We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Purchasing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has hotel purchasing experience and strong negotiation, coordination, and inventory management skills.

Qualifications:

• With experience in hotel purchasing or procurement
• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in purchasing procedures, supplier sourcing, and inventory control
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Able to coordinate effectively with different hotel departments and suppliers

Job Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders
• Source suppliers and canvass products to obtain competitive prices and quality
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and payment terms
• Ensure purchased items meet the hotel's quality standards and requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with the receiving, kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments as needed
• Ensure compliance with hotel purchasing policies and procedures
