Purchasing Associate/ Senior Purchasing Associate

Job Duties:

• Perform day-to-day operations including sourcing, costing, price negotiation, sampling and shipping arrangement
• Responsible for preparing purchasing orders with overseas suppliers
• Coordinate closely with suppliers/forwarders for delivery and shipment arrangement
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
• Assist in inventory control
• Provide clerical support to all purchasing/shipment/warehouse activities
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate or post-secondary education with 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Willing to travel to overseas suppliers (Europe and Mainland China)
• Immediate available would be an advantage
