Purchasing Clerk 採購跟單文員（南丫島）

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in site office in Lamma Island.
• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing mechanical and hardware materials, arranging logistics.
• Assist in site projects' documentation, tender submission and follow up, work permit applications.
• Provide administrative/clerical support to site supervisor and engineers.
• Any other ad hoc duties.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 2 years' admin/clerical experience at construction or engineering industry.
• Experienced in purchasing or sourcing mechanical parts and building materials.
• Proficient in using online sourcing platform (e.g. Taobao) will be an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Able to work independently and efficiently under high pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and dedication.
• Working hours: 5 to 6 workdays a week, 8 am to 5 pm
• Working Location: Lamma Island (Ferry to be provided; 去程：7am 尖沙咀上船，回程：6pm南丫島上船，中途停中環）
