Purchasing Clerk - Walker, LA

Maintenance Clerk / Office Assistant / Administrator Needed:

• Answers the Maintenance shop phone
• Coordinates drivers to get roadside assistance
• Reviews paperwork and issues PO numbers
• Review invoices and reconcile statements
• Maintains Maintenance records for Trucks, Trailers, and Yellow Iron
• Data entry of maintenance work orders and file
• Prepares records of inventory levels and creates reports

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• Day shift
• PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills / typing skills

Wage Range: 15.00 - 18.00 per hour
