PURCHASING

·         Carry out efficiently and within the time given, the duties and responsibilities assigned, whether in writing or verbally by the Managing Director or any other person(s) appointed by the Director.

·         It is a specific term and condition employment that may be required to perform other duties and responsibilities in the course and scope of employment with the Company.

·         Employees must perform sincerely; efficiently, responsibly and concentrate in work during working hours.

• Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability and other criteria.
• Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best deals on behalf of the company.
• Verifying purchases by comparing them to a master list and recommending alternatives for expensive or irrelevant products.
• Authorizing payments and maintain receipts, records and inventories.
