About the role

A purchasing role focused on sourcing and managing spare parts suppliers and vendors. The position involves vendor selection, price negotiation, purchase order processing, delivery monitoring, and coordination across departments to ensure procurement activities meet company requirements and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and select competitive vendors and suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors and suppliers
• Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure accuracy of purchase documents
• Monitor and ensure goods are delivered on time according to specifications
• Execute purchasing procedures for goods and services according to company needs based on ISO 9001:2015 procedures
• Handle goods returns or claims for non-conforming items
• Manage complaints and complaints handling
• Coordinate effectively with all divisions and departments related to procurement requests for goods and services
• Create recapitulation and reports on purchasing activities

About you

• Minimum education: SMA / equivalent
• Experience in purchasing or supply chain, specifically in spare parts
• Understanding of procurement processes, negotiation, and vendor management
• Proficient with Accurate system and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented with high initiative and ability to work under pressure
