We are looking for a reliable and organized Purchasing Staff to handle the company’s purchasing needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing products and materials, coordinating with suppliers, comparing prices, and making sure orders are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify reliable suppliers for products, materials, and office or operational needs.
• Request and compare quotations to get the best price and quality.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and other purchasing documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Check received items against purchase orders to ensure the correct quantity and specifications.
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
• Assist in negotiating prices and payment terms with suppliers when necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their purchasing requirements.
• Help monitor inventory levels and identify items that need to be replenished.
• Resolve issues involving incorrect, damaged, or delayed deliveries.
• Ensure purchasing activities follow company policies, budgets, and procedures.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers.
