About the role

This is a Purchasing role responsible for ordering materials, equipment, and operational needs for the restaurant as requested by each department, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Order materials, equipment, and operational needs for the restaurant as requested by each department
• Search for, select, and establish good relationships with suppliers to obtain the best quality at competitive prices
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery times with suppliers
• Ensure that purchased goods meet the restaurant's quality standards
• Create Purchase Orders (POs), follow up, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a supplier database and update information on prices, quality, and supplier performance
• Handle purchasing administration, including invoices, bills, and proof of payment
• Report purchasing activities to management on a regular basis
• Perform inventory control

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing (preferably in F&B/restaurant/hotel)
• Understand procurement processes, purchasing administration, and supply chain flows
• Speak English is a must
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to manage administration neatly
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory systems
• High integrity and trustworthy in managing financial data and purchase transactions
• Able to work collaboratively with a team or independently
• Willing to be placed in Umalas, Bali
