Purchasing

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts.
• Create purchase requests and process product reorders
• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and quality
• Ensure timely availability of products and operational supplies.
• Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and supplier documentation
• Track Purchasing budgets and prepare inventory & purchasing reports

Job Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Procurement
• Profecient in Miscrosoft Excel / Google Sheets with strong analytical skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
• Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing processes is a plus
