About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing professional to join CHOOK AND ROOS SPORTS BAR in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our operations by managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, and inventory management. As Purchasing professional, you will be responsible for sourcing quality products at competitive prices whilst maintaining strong partnerships with our suppliers. Your strategic approach to procurement will directly contribute to our operational efficiency, cost management, and the overall success of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability and service standards
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable payment conditions
• Process purchase orders and manage the procurement workflow from requisition through to delivery and invoice reconciliation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure adequate stock of food, beverages and supplies
• Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions, supplier communications and contract documentation
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent service and support
• Track and analyse spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, local regulations and industry standards
• Liaise with relevant departments to understand product requirements and specifications
• Resolve supplier issues, manage returns and coordinate product quality concerns
