- Maintain relationships with vendors and internal departments
- Ensure all documentation and purchase orders are properly recorded
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement
- Strong knowledge of purchasing flow (vendor selection, quotation comparison, PO creation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); experience with ERP system is a plus
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Drive License (SIM A).
