What they need
- Procurement & Ordering: Process daily and periodic Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for food, beverage, and non-food supplies.
- Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with food suppliers, farms, and distributors to get the best quality and pricing.
- Price & Cost Negotiation: Compare quotations, negotiate bulk discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Receiving & Quality Control: Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and warehouse teams to inspect delivered goods for right quantity, freshness, and quality.
- Inventory & Stock Coordination: Monitor stock consumption trends, track deliveries, and prevent shortages or over-ordering.
- Administration & Finance: Reconcile invoices, delivery notes, and purchase records, then coordinate with the finance department for timely vendor payments.
