What they need
- Have experience working in a Manufacturing Company
- Have at least 2 years working experience as Assistant Supervisor Purchasing.
- Experience in searching, selecting, and evaluating suppliers who can provide direct / in-direct / packaging materials and services needed.
- Accustomed to negotiating with sales / customers if there is production that must be sent.
- Checking purchase orders in accordance with the needs and Controlling that purchase orders (PO) are sent to suppliers on time.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team in the arrangement of materials and supply of materials for the production process.
- Coordinate with the accounting team regarding invoices from suppliers.
- Mastering Mr Office, MRP and SAP system.
- Fluent in English
- Hardworking, independent, disciplined, able to work under pressure & able to work in a team
- Have a sharp analysis & ideas for improvement of problems that are happening in his department
