PURCHASING

Key Responsibilities :

1. Negotiate prices, evaluate supplier performance, and select vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery reliability.

2. Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring that all purchasing processes are properly followed and supported by complete and accurate documentation.

3. Verify and reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all supporting documentation.

4. Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of experience in import purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry. Experience in the furniture industry will be an advantage.

3. Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and procurement best practices.

4. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms from suppliers.

5. Good analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier performance, analyze purchasing data, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF functions, and other basic Excel formulas.

7. Proficient in English and understand technical drawings.
