Purchasing

Key responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities for goods and services in accordance with company needs, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery
• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with both new and existing suppliers
• Prepare and manage purchasing documents (Purchase Orders, contracts, reports)
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and other conditions with suppliers
• Ensure purchased goods/services meet specifications and are delivered as scheduled
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill purchasing requirements
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably in Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering)
• At least 1 years of experience in purchasing/procurement
• Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
