Purchasing Controller

Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring timely order placement, tracking, and fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, and purchasing requirements to maintain optimal stock availability. Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment, pricing, invoicing, and supply issues. Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, improved service levels, and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, purchasing controls, and operational procedures. Support process improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall supply chain performance. Assist in training and guiding junior team members while contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
