Purchasing Coordinator

Bottega Italiana Bali is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to oversee procurement operations across our restaurant group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, sourcing high-quality F&B ingredients and operational supplies, negotiating competitive pricing, and maintaining seamless inventory workflows to support daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and select reliable local vendors for ingredients, beverages, and kitchen equipment.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs and quality.
• Monitor stock levels across all outlets and issue purchase orders on time.
• Inspect deliveries for quality and quantity, handling any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records for invoices, contracts, and inventory.
• Prepare food cost analyses, purchasing reports, and budget forecasts.
• Build strong vendor partnerships and collaborate with outlet managers and chefs.

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
• Minimum 2 years of F&B or hospitality purchasing experience in Bali.
• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proficient in English
• Strong knowledge of local Bali F&B suppliers and market pricing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and POS/inventory software.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills.
• High integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
