PURCHASING CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing cum Admin Executive to join Padi House Holdings Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that combines purchasing operations with administrative responsibilities, playing a crucial role in our supply chain and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• To  handle delivery, receiving, and distribution of material to warehouse and the food chain store.
• To prepare and issue Purchase order, Delivery Order and Sales Invoice for each delivery.
• To follow up with vendors to ensure materials & invoices are delivered on time and in

accordance to the specification.

• To manage material stock level in accordance to the guidelines and to ensure the stock level is fulfilling the requirement.

• To generate the monthly stock report.

• Liaise between internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any procurement issues

What we're looking for

· Candidate with Diploma in Purchasing, Accounting, Supply Chain management or  equivalent is an added advantage;

· Minimum 2 Year(s) working experience in the related field

· Dedicated to work, good communication and interpersonal skills;
