Purchasing cum Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle daily email communication and supplier coordination.
处理日常电邮沟通及供应商协调工作。

·         Support purchasing activities including preparations of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO).
协助采购相关工作，包括准备询价单（RFQ）及采购订单（PO）。

·         Liaise with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery, and shipment status.
与供应商跟进订单确认、交货及出货状态。

·         Coordinate air and sea shipments, including import/export documentation.
协调空运及海运安排，包括进出口文件处理。

·         Prepare export documents for samples.
准备样品出口相关文件。

·         Work with logistics providers and customs to ensure smooth import and delivery processes.
与物流公司及海关配合，确保进口及货物交付流程顺利进行。

Job Requirements:

·         Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
拥有至少 Diploma 文凭或同等学历资格

·         At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
具备至少 1-2 年相关工作经验。

·         Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) or any other systems.
熟悉电脑操作，并能熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word 等）或其他相关系统。

·         Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
具备良好的英语及马来语口语与书写沟通能力。

·         Proficient in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) for work-related communication.
具备熟练的中文读写及口语能力，以应付工作上的沟通需要。

·         Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
具备多任务处理能力，注重细节，并拥有良好的分析能力。

·         Ability to apply critical thinking and maintain a positive attitude.
具备独立思考能力，并保持积极的工作态度。

·         Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.
