Your primary responsibilities will include providing estimated delivery times (ETAs), utilizing internal tools to manage product information, and assisting with various types of products or catalogs. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to product orders and catalog information.
• Provide accurate ETAs for product deliveries based on current stock levels and logistics updates.
• Utilize internal tools and software to provide various options to customers
• Assist customers with different types of products or catalogs, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and tools used in customer service interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within purchasing or procurement environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information regarding ETAs and product details.
• Proficiency with internal tools, databases, or software used for managing product catalogs and order tracking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues promptly.
