Purchasing Engineer/วิศวกรจัดซื้อ

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing daily purchasing activities and allocating tasks.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Also, liaise with all stakeholders i.e. internal users and suppliers
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical engineer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Procurement/Purchasing experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) or Construction will be considered in advance.
• At least 1-5 years in Procurement/Purchasing or in a similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business application software, including purchasing and resource planning systems.
• Positive attitude and good leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills both in Thai & English
