Purchasing Engineer/วิศวกรตรวจสอบ (ฺRayong) IPO

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support for Local / ASEAN new supplier scouting process
• Coordinate with supplier and plant for vender registration process of new supplier.
• Coordinate between supplier and plant for system introduction and align requirement between plant and supplier.
• Request Quotation from supplier, evaluate cost structure and feedback.
• Coordinate with plant buyer for quotation approval.
• Created PO in SAP and coordinate with plant controller for PO approval process.
• Release and maintain price on the PO to supplier
• Coordinate between supplier and plant controller for price adjustment in each price round cost structure review.
• Support purchasing topic for change management.
• Create summary weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly report and report to supervisor
• Support for cost saving project related to direct purchasing

QUALIFICATION, REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical or (Automotive, Production, Industrial,  and Electronics).
• English communication skills (fluent speaking, writing/reading)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in automotive business purchasing role is preferred
• Skill in MS office (Excel, Power point, outlook) and familia with SAP system is a plus.
• Technical knowledge (able to read part drawings, general knowledge about parts functions in car/motorcycle)
• Have a Car and able to travel and work abroad (ฺRayong).
• Knowledge of automotive specifications, standards and quality tools.
• Quick problems solving skills.
• Good organizing, managing, communication skills.
• Customer oriented attitude.
• Audit experience.
