Responsibilities:

• Liaise with end users to review and verify purchase requisitions across various product categories
• Manage RFQ process including product analysis, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier evaluation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Process, track, and ensure accuracy of orders (products and quantities)
• Maintain proper documentation in internal systems and ensure SOP compliance
• Handle urgent order changes with quick problem-solving and close follow-up
• Support system improvements by providing feedback and troubleshooting issues
• Prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and work under pressure
• Collaborate closely with internal departments

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years relevant experience
• Min Nitec/Diploma
• Singaporean Only
• Knowledge in Import & Export shipping documents & process
