Purchasing Executive ( Chinese speaking required)

A. Purchasing role:

1. Supplier Management: Assist Directors to Research, evaluate, and select vendors, negotiating price, terms, and quality to maximize ROI when needed.
2. Procurement Processing: Generate purchase orders (PO), process requisitions, and maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP systems or related soft-wares.( ERP using experience is not required)
3. Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with production team to monitor inventory levels, ensure timely delivery of goods, and coordinate with logistics/service providers to avoid stock-outs or production delays.
4. **Report:**Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities.
5. Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

B: Import and Export role:

1. Preparing, checking, and managing essential documents such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Letters of Credit.
2. Logistics Coordination:Organizing shipment schedules, coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers for international transportation.
3. Customs and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, managing customs clearance, and handling import/export duties, checking HS codes,taxes, and permits.

Requirements:

-At least 2-3 years of experience

-Proficiency in English-Malay and Chinese .

-Strong communication skills

-Detail-oriented personalities.

-Familiar with Incoterms.
