PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

• Oversee and manage all matters related to the Purchasing Department, including procurement and vendor management
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and requirements
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
• Monitor and track purchase orders, deliveries and inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Mandarin speaking

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical or related field
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or related field
• Experiences in purchasing raw materials for manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in using procurement software or systems
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
• Strong organizational and time management skills
