Purchasing Executive

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Cina (To liaise with suppliers from a Chinese-speaking majority);
• Fresh Graduates / Entry-level Applicants Are Encouraged To Apply;
• Candidate must possess excellent planning and organisation skills, communication skills and are deadline sensitive;
• Able to work independently as well as in groups.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide efficient day-to-day support to the Purchasing team;
• Liaise with suppliers for quotation requests;
• Responsible for clerical and administrative duties, such as issuing purchase orders, tracking contract schedules and review invoices;
• Keep track of inventory and delivery statuses;
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors;
• Able to handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality.

职责

• 为采购团队提供高效的日常支持；
• 联系供应商进行报价请求；
• 负责文员和行政职责，如发布采购订单、跟进合同进度和审核发票等；
• 跟进库存和交货状态；
• 履行上司分配的任何临时任务；
• 能够适当处理敏感信息并保持机密性。
