Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement by sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of products
• Plan and execute orders by planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders to meet production needs
• Ensure the quality of materials and services procured, and resolve any issues that arise
• Keep track of inventory levels and prevent overstocking while ensuring safety stock is maintained
• Participate in supplier performance reviews and ensure supplier compliance with quality and delivery standards

About you

• Ideally, you should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to analyze, compare, and approve products and services to be purchased
• Meticulous in managing orders and inventory, with a positive attitude and a hardworking approach
