Purchasing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain and update purchasing records accordingly
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials or products when required
• Follow up on delivery of the purchased items
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, faxing, data entry, and maintaining records
• Liaise between departments and provide clerical support when necessary
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Willing to work in Damansara Heights
• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or administrative support is an added advantage
