What they need
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for product sourcing, quotation and supplier negotiation.
- Manage purchase orders, replenishment and inventory levels.
- Monitor sales performance, stock turnover and out-of-stock risks.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely supply.
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Merchandising, or Buying is an added advantage.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Good negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
- Candidates with FMCG or Retail, experience will have an added advantage.
