Purchasing Executive

• Execute the purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders
• Coordinate with relevant parties (eg suppliers) for efficient and effective operation processes including deliveries, documentations etc.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that materials are procured in accordance with project specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier correspondence.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the structural steel or construction industry.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
