What they need
Jobs Duty
1.Handling of customer orders & invoice , collection notes and quotations.
2.Distribute stock reports & hold stock , document scanning and email.
3.Inventory master report ,release stock.
4.Preparation of nutrition labeling for food products & short expiry date reports
5.Update information (SOH, sold quantity etc) on Monthly short expiry date report on each Monday.
6.Ensure product catalogues / leaflets sufficient.
7.Prepare marketing materials eg. price list, catalogue , laminating of pop cards , paper cups etc.
8.Prepare various reports from computer system as needed.
9.Issuance of purchase orders ,good receiving , costing calculation , arrange shipment.
10.Prepare memos to accounts dept. for rental , rebates & promotion signage and display materials .
